How it Works

We require a mandatory meet-and-greet daycare day before any stay. This visit lets us confirm your pet is comfortable with our facility, staff, and other dogs.

What to expect during the meet-and-greet

  • Supervised time with other dogs to assess social behavior and comfort level.

  • Basic temperament and health check to ensure a safe daycare environment.

  • Photos and updates sent to you during the visit.

How to get started

  1. Create a profile and complete the required questions about your pet.

  2. Book a daycare day for the meet-and-greet.

  3. Once the meet-and-greet is successful, you may book regular daycare or boarding stays.

Health and age requirements

  • Pets must be spayed or neutered after one year of age.

  • Vaccinations required and must be up to date:

    • Bordetella

    • Rabies

    • Distemper (DHPPV, DHPP, DA2PP, or DA2PPV)

Choose Daycare

When you select Veterinarian, you will need to click “Add new veterinarian"

Type in your vet and hit search, and choose your vet.

If this is your first time here, you will only be able to choose a half or full daycare for a ‘meet and greet’

You will be taken to the calendar, where you will also see how much availability we have that day. Green indicates that most spots are open, and red indicates almost full.

Choose your drop-off and pickup times, and if you would like to repeat

You will then be prompted to upload vaccine documents.

You can add any fun things on!

If you don’t wish to, scroll to the bottom and hit Save and Continue.

You will get a summary and price of what you are booking. Hit submit reservation.
